I understand that although PWD Racing and its representatives will be as careful as possible while in their care. If my car is unintentionally damaged while in the care of PWD Racing, I understand that they shall not be held liable that is incurred.
I agree if my car does not pass inspection that the entry fee for the car can either be refunded or used as credit toward the next race. I agree that I still will be responsible for return shipping.
